Event Support Staff

Add one or more Planet Party team members to help with organization and logistics during your event.

Our staff can assist with:

• Setting up and arranging tables, chairs, and different party areas
• Helping keep the event space clean and organized
• Assisting with serving and distributing food, drinks, plates, cups, and other items
• Helping welcome and direct guests
• Supporting the general organization of the event
• Moving or rearranging lightweight items when needed
• Assisting the host with general tasks during the celebration
• Helping with basic organization and cleanup at the end of the event

Price: $200 per staff member for up to 6 hours

Additional time: $35 per hour, per staff member

You can hire 1, 2, or more staff members, depending on the size of your event and the level of support you need.

This service is designed to give you extra help during your celebration so you can focus more on enjoying the event while our team assists with general organization and logistics.

Staff service does not include childcare, professional food preparation, bartending, or specialized services.
