RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All rentals are final once the equipment has been delivered and set up. No returns or exchanges are accepted after setup.

If unsafe weather conditions occur, such as heavy rain, strong winds, or severe weather, the customer will receive a 100% refund.

If we arrive and cannot install due to unsuitable site conditions that were not reported in advance, 50% of the total booking will be charged. This includes, but is not limited to: muddy ground, wet or unstable ground, steep slopes, sharp objects, animal waste, lack of space, unsafe access, or no available power source within 100 feet (30 meters).

This 50% charge covers transportation, time, labor, and operational costs.

If Planet Party US is unable to deliver or install due to reasons on our end, the customer will receive a 100% refund.
