Customers are responsible for supervising children and ensuring safe use of the rented equipment.

Planet Party US may refuse setup or cancel a booking if the location is unsafe or unsuitable.

We do not install under the following conditions: muddy ground, wet or unstable ground, steep slopes, sharp objects, rocks, debris, animal waste, unsafe weather, insufficient space, unsafe access, or any condition that may create risk for users, equipment, or staff.

A working power outlet must be available within 100 feet (30 meters) of the setup area.

Customers are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper supervision, or failure to follow safety instructions.
